Hi! I’m Stevie — a registered dietitian and endurance athlete who’s been exactly where you are, juggling training, real life, big goals, and a whole lot of nutrition noise.
I’ve worked with hundreds of runners, cyclists, and triathletes at all different levels, and the one thing I’ve learned is this: when your fueling clicks, everything else gets easier. Workouts feel better. Recovery doesn’t drag. And race day becomes way less stressful.
