We offer DUTCH testing and PCR stool testing*. With these functional tests, we can help take a deeper dive than conventional testing into a number of symptoms you might be struggling with including, but not limited to, symptoms of chronic stress, your body's response to over-training/over exercising, fatigue and energy issues, and/or GI issues.
This may be for you if you’re looking to improve how you’re feeling and start to support your body, but are unable to commit to 1:1 nutrition coaching at this time. Sign up here.
You complete the test, and I set up nutrition and lifestyle specific protocols with suggested adjustments to best support your body based on your results and lifestyle.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with eleven years of experience in providing nutrition education and counseling in a variety of clinical settings and with athletes of all levels. I am also a board certified specialist in sports nutrition.
As an avid endurance and team sport athlete, I know the importance of eating to support a healthy lifestyle both on and off the field firsthand. When working with clients one-on-one, I provide an evidenced-based and practical approach using my education and experience that fits your unique lifestyle and needs, all while promoting a positive relationship with food and exercise.
